please refer to the online payment plan invitation you received from FACTS.
This invitation will have instructions for you to enroll in a payment plan.
To apply for
Grant and Aid, please sign in to your FACTS account and click on Start
Application. If you do not have a FACTS account, please click on "Create a
username & password" to complete the grant and aid application.
