Simple Steps to Enroll in a Payment Plan

1. If you are a New FACTS User please select “Create a username & password” to begin. If you are a returning user please log in with your FACTS username and password.

2. Then click on the Set Up a Payment Plan link

3. Complete the steps as prompted.
