Supported Browsers

We currently support the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer: Version 11 or later (download)
  • Microsoft Edge: Latest version (download)
  • Google Chrome: Latest version (download)
  • Mozilla Firefox: Latest version (download)
  • Apple Safari: Latest version (download)

To find out what browser you are using, run the browser diagnostics test.


Browser Settings

Our site requires specific browser settings. After using the browser diagnostic, you will be able to identify which settings need to be modified on your browser. After modifying any of these settings, be sure to save the changes, close the browser, and then reopen the browser.


Allow Cookies

If you see a message that your browser's cookies are disabled, follow these directions for your browser.

To enable cookies in Internet Explorer:

  1. Go to the Settings menu located in the upper right hand of the screen
  2. Select the Privacy tab, and click Advanced under the Settings area
  3. Check the box 'Override automatic cookie handling' and then change the options to 'Accept' for both First-Party and Third-Party cookies
  4. Click OK and then click OK again to exit and save

To enable cookies in Microsoft Edge browser (Windows 10 only):

  1. Click the More Actions button in the upper right corner
  2. Select Settings from the menu
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click View Advanced Settings
  4. Tap or click the dropdown arrow under the Cookies field
  5. Select Don't block cookies to enable all cookies

To enable cookies in Firefox:

  1. Go to the Firefox drop-down button located at the upper left of the screen.
  2. Click Options.
  3. Select the Privacy panel.
  4. Set Firefox will dropdown: to "Use custom settings for history."
  5. Check mark Accept cookies from sites to enable Cookies.
  6. If you are troubleshooting problems with cookies, make sure Accept third party cookies is also check marked.
  7. Click OK.

To enable cookies in Chrome:

  1. Click the menu button in the upper right corner
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Content Settings under the Privacy section
  4. Select Allow local data to be set to allow both first-party and third-party cookies
  5. Click Done

To enable cookies in Safari:

  1. Go to the Safari drop-down menu.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Click Privacy in the top panel.
  4. Under "Block Cookies" select Never.

Enable JavaScript

If you see a message that JavaScript is disabled, follow these directions to enable JavaScript. Upgrading your browser or installing new security software or security patches may affect your JavaScript settings.

To enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer:

  1. Click the gear icon/tools menu to the right of the Internet Explorer address bar.
  2. Select Internet Options from the drop-down menu.
  3. Next, select the Security tab at the top of the dialog box.
  4. Then, select the earth (Internet) icon.
  5. Then select the Custom Level button under the Security level for this zone section.
  6. Locate the Scripting section within the list.
  7. Under Active Scripting, select Enable, then hit OK.
  8. Answer yes to the following conformation box.
  9. Hit OK to close the Internet Options window and refresh your browser.

To enable JavaScript in Firefox:

  1. Copy the following then paste it into the Firefox address bar: about:config
  2. Hit the Enter key.
  3. On the following page, click the button: "I'll be careful, I promise!"
  4. Find the javascript.enabled row under the Preference Name heading.
  5. Double-click anywhere within the javascript.enabled row to toggle the value from "False" to "True".
  6. Finally, refresh your browser.

To enable JavaScript in Chrome:

  1. To the right of the address bar, click the icon with 3 stacked horizontal lines.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select Settings.
  3. At the bottom of the page, click the Show advanced settings link.
  4. Under the Privacy section, click the Content settings button.
  5. Under the JavaScript heading, select the Allow all sites to run JavaScript radio button.
  6. Finally, refresh your browser.
  1. Select Chrome from the Apple/System bar at the top of the screen.
  2. Select Preferences from the drop-down menu.
  3. In the left-hand column, select Settings from the list.
  4. At the bottom of the page, click the Show advanced settings link.
  5. Under the Privacy section, click the Content settings button.
  6. Under the JavaScript heading, select the Allow all sites to run JavaScript radio button.
  7. Finally, refresh your browser.

To enable JavaScript in Safari:

  1. In the Edit drop-down menu at the top of the window, select Preferences...
  2. Select the Security icon/tab at the top on the window.
  3. Then, check the Enable JavaScript checkbox.
  4. Close the dialog box to save your changes.
  5. Finally, refresh your browser.
  1. Select Safari from the Apple/System bar at the top of the screen.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select Preferences.
  3. Select the Security icon/tab at the top of the window.
  4. Check the Enable JavaScript checkbox under the Web content category.
  5. Close the dialog box to save your changes.
  6. Finally, refresh your browser.

Clear Browser Cache, Cookies, and History

To clear the cache, cookies, and history in Internet Explorer:

  • Click on Tools in the upper, right part of the browser window.
  • Select Internet Options.
  • In the pop-up window that appears, select the General tab.
  • Go to the Browsing History section.
  • Click the Delete button.
  • In the pop-up window that appears, de-select the following checkbox:
    • Preserve Favorites website data
  • Select the checkboxes for the following items:
    • Temporary Internet files (IE 8 and 9)
    • Temporary Internet files and website files (IE 10)
    • Cookies (IE 8 and 9)
    • Cookies and website data (IE 10)
    • History
  • De-select checkboxes for any other items in the list if you want to maintain that data.
  • Click the Delete button.
  • Click Ok in the Internet Options window.

To clear browser cache, cookies, and history in Microsoft Edge:

  • Click the More Actions icon in upper right corner of screen.
  • Click on Settings.
  • Under Clear browsing data click on .
  • Select Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data, Cached data and files.

To clear the cache, cookies, and history in Firefox for Windows users:

  • Click on Firefox in the upper, left corner of the browser window.
  • Select History.
  • Select Clear recent history.
  • In the pop-up window that appears, use the menu at the top to select the timeframe for the data you want to delete. Select Everything to clear all past data for the data areas you choose.
  • Select the checkboxes for the following items:
    • Browsing & Download History
    • Cookies
    • Cache
  • De-select checkboxes for any other items in the list if you want to maintain that data.
  • Click the Clear Now button.

To clear the cache, cookies, and history in Firefox for Mac users:

  • Click on Tools at the top of the screen.
  • Select Clear Recent History.
  • In the pop-up window that appears, use the menu at the top to select the timeframe for the data you want to delete. Select Everything to clear all past data for the data areas you choose.
  • Select the checkboxes for the following items:
    • Browsing & Download History
    • Cookies
    • Cache
  • De-select checkboxes for any other items in the list if you want to maintain that data.
  • Click the Clear Now button.

To clear the cache, cookies, and history in Google Chrome for Windows and Mac users:

  • Click on the Chrome menu in the upper, right corner of the browser window.
  • Select Tools.
  • Select Clear browsing data.
  • In the pop-up window that appears, use the menu at the top to select the timeframe for the data you want to delete. Select the beginning of time to clear all past data for the data areas you choose.
  • Select the checkboxes for the following items:
    • Clear browsing history
    • Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data
    • Empty the cache
  • De-select checkboxes for any other items in the list if you want to maintain that data.
  • Click the Clear browsing data button.

To clear the cache, cookies, and history in Safari:

  • In the Safari menu bar, click the Safari option.
  • Select the Preferences link.
  • In the Preferences window, click the Advanced tab.
  • At the bottom of the window, select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox.
  • Return to the Safari menu bar and click the Develop option.
  • Select the Empty Caches link.
