Your
FACTS Grant & Aid online tuition assistance application for the 2026-2027
school year for your Notre Dame Academy Elementary student must be completed by
Friday, January 9, 2026.
All required documentation from your 2024 tax
returns, as filed with the IRS, including all schedules and all other
forms, must be uploaded in a PDF format with your
tuition assistance application by January 9, 2026. FACTS also
offers an IRS retrieval option that you may choose to use.
Please note: The due date used to be in April and required the
tax returns due in April of that year. Like this past year, this earlier
deadline will allow families to be notified of decisions in March rather than
in June. We will be using 2024 tax return information instead of 2025, so you
won’t need to rush to get your 2025 taxes done before applying. The
January deadline date will also enable NDAE to provide you with a decision
in early March 2025 instead of in June.
At the end of the FACTS Grant &
Aid application under Additional Information, a space is provided
to explain any unusual or extenuating circumstances. Feel free to upload a
separate document if that space is insufficient.
Please Note: For dual household families, divorced or separated
parents, or a single/unmarried parent household, both parents must each
complete a FG&A tuition assistance application. Applications submitted by only one parent will
not be considered.
FACTS Grant & Aid will not
process incomplete applications. If you receive a notice from
FACTS Grant & Aid that your application is incomplete, please respond with
the missing information as quickly as possible. Your application will not be
processed any further until the missing information is provided. Failure
to submit a completed application by the deadline date could jeopardize your
tuition assistance request or decrease the tuition
assistance offered.
The financial aid committee at Notre Dame Academy Elementary will review
your application and make a final determination. Families will
be notified of a decision starting March 6, 2026.

If you are a new FACTS
user, please select "Create username and
password."
Click on "Start Application" for the
2026-2027 school year. Then complete the steps as prompted. Please
select Notre Dame Academy as the school you are applying to for tuition
assistance.
