Notre Dame Academy (NDA)

Welcome to Notre Dame Academy!

Follow the steps below and view very important information to apply for the FACTS Grant & Aid tuition assistance application for all, new and existing, students:

Your FACTS Grant & Aid online tuition assistance application for the 2024-2025 school year for your high school daughter must be completed by Friday, January 12, 2024.  All required documentation from your 2022 tax returns, as filed with the IRS including schedules and all other forms, must be uploaded in a PDF format with your tuition assistance application by January 12, 2024.

At the end of the FACTS Grant & Aid tuition assistance application under Additional Information, a space is provided to explain any unusual or extenuating circumstances.  More importantly, you must explain your need for tuition assistance.  Feel free to upload a separate document if that space is insufficient.

Please Note:   For dual household families, divorced or separated parents, or a single/unmarried parent household, both parents must each complete a FG&A tuition assistance application.  Applications submitted from only one parent cannot be considered.

FACTS Grant & Aid will not process incomplete applications.  Failure to submit a completed application by the deadline date could jeopardize your tuition assistance request

The financial aid committee at Notre Dame Academy will review your application and make a final determination.  All families will be notified by March 2024 with a decision.
