Welcome to Allentown Central Catholic High School!
FACTS is the tuition management system all families must
enroll if they have a student attending Allentown Central Catholic High School
(ACCHS). There are two steps required for
completing enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year.
All families must set up a FACTS account.
If your child attended ACCHS last
year, your information will be rolled over to the 2021-2022 school year. You do not have to set up a new FACTS account
or select a new payment plan. Please be
sure to update any personal contact information, if necessary.
All families must select a payment plan on FACTS.
Please select a payment plan that
best works with your financial circumstance. Your options are as follows:
Monthly Payments
Spread your tuition and fee balance
over eleven monthly installments. The
first payment is scheduled for July 2021 and the final payment will conclude in
May 2022.
Quarterly Payments
Spread your tuition and fee balance
over four installments.
Semi-annual Payments
Spread your tuition and fee balance
over two installments.
Payment in Full
Pay your tuition and fee balance in
one installment.
For each payment plan option, the
payment methods offered are: credit
card, automatic bank draft, or invoice. Please Note: Payments made
through a credit card are assessed an additional charge for processing.
Financial Aid
If a family wishes to be considered for financial aid, you
must apply through FACTS by completing a FACTS Grant & Aid Application and
uploading your Federal tax return and supporting documents. A financial aid application must be filed for
each school year; financial aid award amounts are not automatically carried
from school year to the next. There is
an annual fee of $27 paid to FACTS to process and analyze the financial aid
application. Applications are accepted
beginning on January 1, 2021 and the absolute last date to file a new
application is October 1, 2021; however, there is no guarantee there will be
any remaining financial aid awards if you chose to wait until this date to
file. Maximum consideration will be
given to those families that file by April 30, 2021. Incomplete financial aid applications will
not be considered for financial aid; only verified financial aid applications
will be submitted to the Financial Aid Committee to determine financial aid
awards.
Simple steps to enroll in a payment plan or apply for
financial aid through FACTS:
If you are an Existing FACTS User, please enter your existing username and password and click “Sign in”.If you are a New FACTS User, please select “Create a username & password”.
Select the “Set Up a Payment Plan” link or “Start Application” link.
Select the appropriate school year.
Complete the steps as prompted.
