Welcome to FACTS, the financial management company used by SCCS to process tuition payments, incidental billing for other fees and financial aid applications.

 

Instructions are outlined below for various groups new or returning to FACTS. If you have any questions, you please contact South City Community School at 314-667-4311 (ask for the Admissions Department) or FACTS Management Co. at 866-441-4637. We are glad to help!

 

Grant & Aid Application Instructions:

All families applying for financial aid through SCCS must complete a FACTS Grant & Aid application. 

 

Returning families applying for FACTS Grant & Aid:

1.   Log into your FACTS account (by clicking on the green “sign in” button on the right.

2.   Once logged in, click on “start application” in the FACTS Grant & Aid section on your home screen.

3.   Submit the completed application making sure that all required documents have been uploaded and the $50 fee has been paid.

 

New families applying for FACTS Grant & Aid:

1.   Create a new FACTS account by clicking on the grey “create a username & password” button on the right.

2.   Once logged in, click on “start application” in the FACTS Grant & Aid section on your home screen.

3.   Submit the completed application making sure that all required documents have been uploaded and the $50 fee has been paid.

 

General Account Requirements for all SCCS Families

All SCCS families must have created a FACTS account and set up their tuition payment plan details within two weeks of returning their Tuition Commitment Packet to the school. This is the final step of finalizing enrollment for the upcoming school year. Returning families need not take any action for returning student accounts. All settings will roll over from the previous school year.

 

Instructions for new families who did participate in FACTS Grant & Aid:

1.   Log into your FACTS account (by clicking on the green “sign in” button on the right.

2.   Follow the link to “Set up a Payment Plan”

·         Be certain to select the correct school year

·         Be certain to add a method of payment and add financial details (routing information for ACH payment or account number for credit card payment)

Be certain to choose between single or monthly payments

 

Instructions for new families who did not participate in FACTS Grant & Aid:

1.   Create a new FACTS account by clicking on the grey “create a username & password” button on the right.

2.   After setting up your account be sure to:

·         Follow the link to “Set up a Payment Plan”

·         Be certain to select the correct school year

·         Be certain to add a method of payment and add financial details (routing information for ACH payment or account number for credit card payment)

·         Be certain to choose between single or monthly payments
