We are pleased to offer FACTS Payment Plans for your tuition account as well as for your incidental charges. Please set up your incidental account with auto-pay. All incidentals are required to be paid automatically each month.
*Please note if you have questions regarding Tuition Fees, the information is on the GAC website, or you may contact Student Accounts (studentaccounts@GAC.org).
If you have used FACTS before, simply Sign In to manage your account.
If you are new to FACTS, click on the “Create a username & password” button
to create an online account.
Simple Steps to Enroll in a Payment Plan Online (we recommend starting this process directly from either your GAC contract OR from your My GAC account resource board by selecting the 'Pay tuition & Incidentals' button, and selecting the FACTS button. This will begin the Single Sign On process to link your My GAC account with your FACTS account, eliminating the need to log in twice.
1. Create an online account (use an email account you check regularly).
2. If asked for a registration code - click 'No'.
3. Click on the Set Up a Payment Plan button for the school year for which you will be paying.
4. Complete the steps as prompted including selecting your payment plan, adding your students, and entering your student's grade. Until you have selected and added these items, your account is not complete.
6. When you next want to log into FACTS, just go to your My GAC account, click on the resource board, select 'Pay tuition & Incidentals', then select the FACTS button. When you are redirected to FACTS the first time you will enter your FACTS user name and password. This will set up the link with your My GAC account and FACTS. The next time you use the My GAC link you will not need the FACTS user name and password.
*Please note: the payment plan you chose during enrollment was only to give our families the opportunity to review the total charges for the year. However, you will be charged the tuition rate of the payment plan chosen in FACTS.
YOUNG LEARNER FAMILIES (Infant to K-2): Your child's account must draft only on the 1st of the month (no other date is an option). Please select accordingly.
MONTHLY PAYMENT PLANS (K3-12th):
Pay your tuition in monthly installments (11 payments from May to March) - choose your payment date (1st or 15th). Payment methods offered: Automatic Bank Draft or Credit Card.
QUARTERLY PAYMENT PLANS (K3-12th):
Pay your tuition in quarterly installments-choose your payment date (1st or 15th). Payment methods offered: Automatic Bank Draft or Credit Card
ANNUAL PAYMENT PLANS (K3-12th): Current Families
Pay your tuition in one payment due May1st. Payment methods offered: Automatic Bank Draft, Echeck, Credit Card, or set up an Invoice plan allowing payment by check mailed directly to FACTS.
ANNUAL PAYMENT PLANS (K3-12th): New Families for the 24-25 school year
Pay your tuition in one payment due June 1st. Payment methods offered: Automatic Bank Draft, Echeck, Credit Card, or set up an Invoice plan allowing payment by check mailed directly to FACTS. Please note this due date is only available for this new school year. Next school year when your payment plan renews, the due date will revert to the normal May 1st deadline.
**PLEASE NOTE** Payments made via debit/credit card on payments with any of the above payment plans are assessed an additional charge for processing.
