Needs Assessment through FACTS Management Company!
We are no longer accepting applications for the 24-25 school
year.
Applications for INCOMING students for the 25-26 school
year will be accepted
September 1, 2024 – December 1,
2024.
Applications for RETURNING students for the 25-26 school year
will be accepted
September 1, 2024 – March 1,
2025.
Additional Information:

Please
note that you will be required to submit your 2023 W-2
forms and 2023 Federal Tax Return (Form 1040 and all
attachments as filed with the IRS) immediately after you submit your
application.

You
will be required to submit your 2024 W-2 forms once you
receive them and your 2024 Federal Tax Return with all attachments as soon as
it has been filed with the IRS and no later than March 1, 2025.
·
A $40
financial aid application fee will be required in order to complete
the online application.
