We are pleased to offer FACTS Grant & Aid Financial Needs Assessment for the 2025/2026 school year!

Your application will remain incomplete until you upload your 2024 Tax Return and W2.  

Please upload the required 2024 tax documentation by the May 1st deadline.

Note Regarding Financial Aid: The Oaks Academy will not require applicants to complete the expense questions on the Facts Grant & Aid application (you will need to enter 0's on those questions). If you are applying to another school as well, you are required to complete the expense questions.
