Incidental Charges during the school year:
We are now using FACTS incidental billing to collect fees for retreats, athletic fees and various other student activities. Please ensure your auto pay extends to incidental billing. Once a charge is added you will be notified by email. You are welcome to pay early or have it auto-drafted on the 10th day.

Note to NCSEAA Award Recipients:
If your student will be awarded the Opportunity Scholarship or ESA, your FACTS payment plan will be adjusted before payments begin in June:

The anticipated scholarship amount will be moved from your current tuition schedule to a separate incidental billing invoice within FACTS.

This incidental invoice reflects the full annual award and will be dated for the end of the school year, allowing time for the school to receive funds (typically disbursed in August and January).

As scholarship funds are received (Fall and Spring), the Business Office will apply them to your account. Please do not make payments toward this incidental invoice.
To avoid delays, please ensure your NCSEAA portal (https://myportal.ncseaa.edu) has your correct and current contact information, and promptly complete any required actions throughout the year.
If there are changes to your student’s scholarship status (e.g., reduction, cancellation, eligibility changes, or processing delays), your tuition balance and payment schedule may be adjusted. Families are ultimately responsible for any remaining tuition balance if scholarship funds are not granted or disbursed.
