New Enrollment - Families New to Tampa Catholic

Please begin by selecting “Create a username & password” under “New Account”

As part of a new enrollment, please set ups your FACTS tuition contract:

A.  Select the frequency you will pay tuition

  •  payment in full (3% discount if paid by 7/20/25), if you ELECT 1 payment your full tuition will be paid in July 2025.
  •  10 monthly payments (July - April)
  •  semi annual (July and December)
  •  4 quarterly payments (July, October, January, March)

B.  You will enter the source (bank account or credit card)  you will be using to pay your tuition. 

  • At the end of this set up, you will submit a payment for the enrollment fee.
  • The enrollment fee is $500 per student up until March 31st, 2025.
  • The enrollment fee will increase to $600 per student on April 1st until the class is full. 

D.  You are fully enrolled upon completion of the following:

  • payment of enrollment fee
  • enrollment contract is completed in the admissions portal.

If SUMMER SCHOOL is indicated as required on your student's acceptance letter, please use the following link to complete the registration and payment for summer school. (Payment for summer school cannot be completed via your FACTS account.)  https://payit.nelnet.net/form/JqoNj671

All tuition rates, grants, scholarship and tuition assistance will be entered by the Finance office prior to your 1st payment in July 2025.  

 

Re-Enrollment - Families With Student(s) Returning to Tampa Catholic

Returning Tampa Catholic families may use their current username/password under “Have an Account” to select your payment plan and re-enroll your student for next year.

If you are enrolling a NEW freshman but are a returning family, please email Mrs. Comello: gcomello@tampacatholic.org to ADD your freshman's name to your existing FACTS account.

As part of your re-enrollment, you will be updating your FACTS tuition contract,  you will  enter the source (bank account or credit card)  you will be using to pay your tuition.  At any time, you may change, add and/or remove bank accounts or credit cards to your FACTS account. At the end of this set up, you will pay your re-enrollment fee.  The re-enrollment fee is $500 per student up until March 31st. The re-enrollment fee will increase to $600 per student on April 1st until the class is full.

Tuition Assistance – Link Available After You Have Created or Signed Into FACTS

The 2025 - 26 Tampa Catholic tuition assistance application will open November 15, 2024.  Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis by our tuition assistance committee beginning early February 2025 until all funds are dispersed.    

After all required documents (W2, 1040, 1099s etc.) are uploaded into your application, FACTS will verify your application.  Once verification is complete, your application will be turned over to the Tampa Catholic tuition assistance committee for consideration.
