Enrollment Steps

Please begin by selecting “Create a username & password” under “New Account”.  If you already have a FACTS account, select "Have an Account".

Under "Payment Plan and Billing" section, select "Set Up a Payment Plan".

1. Verify your information and add students.

2.  Select the frequency of tuition payments:  

  •  Monthly - 10 monthly payments  - July through April
  •  Quarterly - 4 payments - July, October, January, March
  •  Semi annual  - 2 payments - July and December
  •  Payment in Full - One payment in July 2025  - 3% discount 

3.  Enter the payment source (bank account or credit card).

4.  Pay the non-refundable enrollment fee.
  • The enrollment fee is $500 per student until March 31, 2025.
  • The enrollment fee will increase to $600 per student on April 1, 2025.

5.  Your student is fully enrolled upon completion of the following:

  • Payment of enrollment fee - all students.
  • Enrollment contract is completed in Rediker, the admissions portal - only new students.

All tuition rates, grants, scholarship and tuition assistance will be entered by the Finance office prior to your 1st payment in July 2025.  

If SUMMER SCHOOL is indicated as required on your student's acceptance letter, please use the following link to complete the registration and payment for summer school. (Payment for summer school cannot be completed via your FACTS account.)  https://payit.nelnet.net/form/f9faD6A1         

Tuition Assistance – Link Available After You Have Created or Signed Into FACTS

The 2025 - 26 Tampa Catholic tuition assistance application will open November 15, 2024.  Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis by our Tuition Assistance Committee beginning early February 2025 until all funds are dispersed.    

After all required documents (W2, 1040, 1099s etc.) are uploaded into your application, FACTS will verify your application.  Once verification is complete, your application will be turned over to the Tampa Catholic Tuition Assistance Committee for consideration.
