To create your online FACTS account for Nazareth Academy High School

in if you are an existing FACTS customer or
- Create
a user name and password if
you are a new FACTS customer.
Once you have signed into your FACTS account, click on the Set up a Payment Plan button to begin your enrollment for the 2026-27 school year.
