Simple steps to enroll in a payment plan:
1. If you have used FACTS before, simply Sign In to manage your account.*If you are new to FACTS, click on the “Create a username & password” button to create an online account.
2. Then click on the Set Up a Payment Plan link.
3. Complete the steps as prompted.
