We are pleased to offer FACTS Payment Plans and Grant & Aid Financial Needs Assessment through a single, convenient platform.

Important Notes:

• Payments made by credit or debit card will incur a 3.05% processing fee.
• We are now accepting financial aid applications for the 2026–2027 academic year.
  • Please ensure your family has submitted a financial aid application and uploaded your 2024 tax returns and 2025 W-2s by February 1, 2026.
  • Applications will be reviewed once all required documents are submitted.

Simple Steps to Apply for Financial Aid Online:

1. If you already have a FACTS Tuition Payment Plan and user account, enter your existing username and password to Sign In.
   New users should select “Create a username & password” to begin.
2. Click on the “Apply for Financial Aid” link.
3. Select the appropriate school year.
4. Complete the steps as prompted.

You may begin applying for tuition assistance starting September 1st. Once you receive your tax documents and W-2s, please upload them to your application.

FACTS Tuition Payment Plans

Enrolling in a FACTS payment plan allows you to choose a payment option that best fits your financial needs. Availability may vary depending on the start and end dates of each plan.

Returning Families:
If you are a returning student, JSerra will re-enroll your FACTS Payment Plan upon registration for the next school year.

If you’ve used FACTS before, simply Sign In to manage your account.

New Families:
The following plans are offered by JSerra:

• Monthly Payments: Spread your tuition balance over 10 monthly installments.
• Semi-Annual Payments: Pay your tuition in two installments.
• Payment in Full: Pay your tuition balance in full using a quick, secure method.
