If you are new to FACTS, click on the “Create a username & password” button to create an online account.
If you have used FACTS before, simply sign-in to manage your account. If you have a current student at College Prep and they will be enrolled in 2025-2026, you do not need to create a new login, as we have updated your enrolled student info for you.
Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option that best
suits your financial needs. The plans listed below are offered by College Prep:
- Payment Plan 1 - one installment, due in May
- Payment Plan 2 - three installments, due May, August and November
- Payment Plan 3 - eight installments, due May to December
FACTS is a quick, secure method for paying your tuition balance in full and the Payment Methods Offered are:
- Automatic Bank Payment - enroll by visiting https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3FVVJ
- If you have questions about setting up automatic bank payments, please contact Graciela Benito @ graciela@college-prep.org for information on a different FACTS payment option.
For more details about the options above, create an online account. Simple Steps to Enroll in a Payment Plan Online:

Create an online account.
- Click on the Set Up a Payment Plan link.
- Select the School Year you are paying for and complete the steps as prompted.
- If you have a current student at College Prep and they will be enrolled in 2025-2026, you do not need to create a new login, as we have updated your enrolled student info for you.
- If you will have a student re-enrolling for 2025-26, you do not need to create another FACTS account; we will add your newly accepted student for you to the existing account.
- Please leave the Student ID and Student Email fields blank, as we do not use them
- If you have an existing FACTS account from another school, you are not able to link them; you will need to create a new account as each school has their own portal.
