We are pleased to offer FACTS Payment Plans and Grant & Aid Financial Needs Assessment on the same platform.  Please select the instructions section that applies to your situation and complete the specified requirements.  These instructions are to be followed even if FACTS’ forms do not state that all items are necessary.

GRANT AND AID APPLICANTS
Returning Families: 
If you have Tuition Payment Plan or have previously applied for Financial Aid through FACTS, log in using your username and password. Select Create Application on the right hand side of the FACTS page.  Complete the application and follow the below instructions regarding what you need to upload.

If you applied for aid last year, upload your 2020 state and federal tax information, including all pages and schedules of Forms 1040 and W-2 forms (and business tax forms if applicable.) If 2020 taxes are not yet done, upload your 2019 information and your 2020 W2 forms.  The 2020 tax forms must be uploaded as soon as they are ready.

If you did NOT apply for aid last year, upload two years of state and federal tax information.  If 2020 forms have not been completed, upload 2019 and 2018 complete Forms 1040 and 2020 W-2 forms, as well as business tax forms if applicable.  The 2020 Form 1040 and business returns must also be uploaded as soon as they are ready.


New Applicants to the school: 
Create a username and password.  Upload two years of state and federal tax information.  If 2020 forms have not been completed, upload 2019 and 2018 complete Forms 1040 and 2020 W-2 forms, and business tax forms if applicable.  The 2020 Form 1040 and any business returns must also be uploaded as soon as they are ready.

INITIAL PAYMENT PLAN SETUP

Sign into your account or Create a New Account using the provided linkClick Set Up A Payment Plan on the left side of the homepage and select the 21-22 school year. In subsequent years the school will, after obtaining your approval, roll over the plan into the new year for you.

The start date of your plan may affect the number of payments offered on the screen but this will be adjusted after sign up is completed, which is also when the charges agreed upon in your Student Contract are entered by the school.  No payments will be run until you have received and approved the schedule. All plans must be completed by June 2022, so late applicants will make a reduced number of payments.

We request that payments be made on the 5th or 17th of the month.  If special circumstances are required please contact Joan Beck Sadow, jsadow@ssnj.org, to discuss alternative payment plans.

Please note that payments made through a credit card are assessed an additional charge by FACTS for each processing.
