To select a payment plan you will utilize the link within your Final Site / School Admin contract.

Regarding
Financial Aid: The deadline to submit your application is December 20, 2024. You must include your 2023 Tax Return with the financial application. 2024 W2's must be submitted by February 1, 2025.
Please note: In cases of divorce, both parents must apply for financial aid and supply financial documents. Maryvale requires that if you occupy separate households, each parent must complete a separate application.
