Welcome to St Mary's-St Alphonsus Regional Catholic School!

We are pleased to offer FACTS Payment Plans for both tuition and incidental billings, and Grant & Aid Financial Needs Assessment on the same platform.


St. Mary's - St. Alphonsus Regional Catholic school, in accordance with the Albany Diocese mandates, requires all families to register in the FACTS Tuition Payment Plan. Even if you pay your tuition in full before the school year begins, you must register and create an account for incidental billing (Camp Kerry, sports etc.)

Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. The plans listed when you sign up are offered by your school. Depending on the start and end date of each plan, they may not always be available.

Invoicing for incidentals, such as Camp Kerry and sports, will be scheduled separately from your tuition payments and will be due 30 days from the invoice date.

Payment Methods Offered: Automatic Bank Draft, Credit / Debit Card. Checks may be used for incidental invoices.

***Please be aware that payments processed with a Credit / Debit card will be assessed an additional fee for processing.


SMSA is proud to be able to offer financial assistance for our families, awarding over $60,000 each year! In order to be eligible you must complete the FACTS Grant & Aid Needs Assessment.

If you have an existing Tuition Payment Plan through FACTS and have already created a user account, please select “Sign In to Manage your FACTS Account” and use your existing username and password.
