are pleased to offer FACTS Grant & Aid Financial Needs assessment and FACTS
Payment Plans on the same platform.
Simple Steps to Apply for Financial Aid Online:
1.
If you are a new FACTS user, please
select “Create a username and password” to begin. If you are a returning user,
please select “Sign in.”
2.
Once signed in, click on the Start
Application button for the appropriate school year. Once you are signed in, if a
Grant & Aid Application Link is not visible, please click
here to begin an application.
3.
Complete the steps as prompted.
Class of 2028 – PCHS Application
Deadline is February 1st
Classes of 2025, 2026, and 2027 – PCHS
Application Deadline is March 1st
The
application deadline for the Catholic Education Foundation is April 1st
Simple
Steps to Enroll in a Payment Plan:
1. If you have an existing FACTS username and password, select "Sign
In".
If you are a new FACTS user please select "Create username and
password" to begin.
2. Then click on the Set Up a Payment Plan link.
3. Select the appropriate school year.
4. Complete the steps as prompted.
If
you had a FACTS Tuition agreement in the previous school year, your student
will be re-enrolled. If you have a current student and need to add a sibling,
please do not create a new account. Call Stephanie Murach 815-717-3176 to have
your new student added to your existing account.
