ENROLLING IN PAYMENT PLAN:
Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. The plans listed below are offered by Saint Peter's Prep. Payment options are subject to change depending on enrollment date. If you already have a payment plan set up and wish to change it, please contact Diane McCabe at the contact info above.
Families who are registered with FACTS and have already created their ID and Password can sign in to the right.
Incoming freshman and transfer students will be prompted to register for a FACTS account during the registration process.
Once your account is finalized and active, you can view your tuition bills, make a payment, and choose a payment plan, schedule automatic payments or invoice billing.
Please note that all families are required to sign up for a FACTS tuition payment plan, however making online payments, while encouraged, is not mandatory. If you wish to make your payment at Prep, the Finance Office will accept only checks, money orders, and cash.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN AND WISH TO CHANGE IT PLEASE CONTACT THE FINANCE OFFICE. DO NOT CREATE A NEW FACTS ACCOUNT OR YOU WILL BE BILLED TWICE.
PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS:
Monthly Payment Plan: Spread your tuition balance over 11 monthly installments which are due the 1st of each month, beginning in July and ending in May. This plan incurs a $105 service fee which will be combined with tuition.
Semi-Annual Payment Plan: Pay your tuition in two installments which are due on July 1st and December 1st. This plan incurs a $50 service fee which will be combined with tuition.
Annual Payment Plan: Full payment is due on July 1st. There is no service fee with this plan.
Payments are determined after all tuition assistance has been deducted. The fees not included in tuition (Activity Fee, Book Fee, Technology Fee) are due on June 1st. A late fee of $50 will be assessed for any missed payments. If you have any issues with your payment plan or ability to make a payment, please contact Ms. McCabe immediately.

- Automatic Bank Draft (ACH)
- Check or money order by mail (to FACTS)
- Check, money order, or cash at the Finance Office
Please note, payments made through a credit card are assessed an additional charge for processing by FACTS.

If you need to visit the Finance Office, making an appointment is highly encouraged. The office is closed between the hours 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM for lunch and processing time. If you need to visit during these hours, an appointment is necessary.
