Yeshiva of Central Queens

We are pleased to offer you a convenient, online method to apply for financial aid through FACTS for Yeshiva of Central Queens.

Simple Steps to Apply for Financial Aid Online:

1. If you are a New FACTS User please select “Create a username & password” to begin.  If you have an existing FACTS account select "Sign In".
2. Then click on the Start Application button.
3. Select the appropriate school year.
4. Complete the steps as prompted.

**Please note that UPK and Kindergarten students are not eligible to receive aid. However, if you are applying for aid for an older student, you should list the UPK and Kindergarten student to capture that expense. 

This tuition assistance application will be processed only after registration forms have been completed and fees paid.

Application deadline:  Thursday, March 14, 2019.

Incomplete applications or applications received after Thursday, March 14, 2019, will not be reviewed until all timely applications are processed, if at all.  You will be charged the $250 administrative fee from your tuition contract if submitted after the deadline.

Applications for financial assistance received late or incomplete may not be processed.

*Federal tax returns (e.g. 1040, 1040A ), completed and signed, from 2017 & 2018.  Include all schedules and W-2 forms.

*All business tax return forms (e.g. 1065, 1120S, K-1), from 2017 & 2018, if you own or hold an interest in a partnership or corporation.

*Recent complete credit report for both applicant and co-applicant (not only credit scores); preferably from Transunion (recommended and tested website - www.creditkarma.com.  It is free and not necessary to pay or click on any ads).

*Copies of the last four paystubs or paychecks from all employers for both parents/guardians.

*A valid driver's license for both parents/guardians.

*Registrations for all vehicles that you own or lease.

*Annual yearly itemized statements for 2018 or the past 12 months on all credit cards, available from your credit card company.

*A recent mortgage statement, rent receipt or cancelled check of paid rent for prior month.

*Tuition statements for all schools for 2018-19 (Not YCQ statements).

*If separated or divorced, submit a complete copy of the divorce decree, separation, or court order of support, verifying the party responsible for payment of tuition.

*You may include a letter of special circumstance that explains your current situation financially.

*Please be sure that all information is complete, accurate, and consistent.

 

To sign up for a payment plan please refer to the online payment plan invitation you received from FACTS. This invitation will have instructions for you to enroll in a payment plan.
