Simple Steps to Enroll in a Payment Plan Online:
1. You will first need to create an online account.
2. Then click on the Set Up a Payment Plan link.
3. Select the school year for which you will be paying.
4. Complete the steps as prompted.
Financial Aid Applications
Families are welcome to apply for Financial Aid. The deadline for applications
from returning families is April 30. Families new to BCCS may apply at other
times throughout the school year as long as it is within 30 days of being
accepted into the school.
Although applications are processed through FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment, all
decisions for the granting of aid are ultimately made by the Financial Aid
Committee of BCCS. The Financial Aid Committee is comprised of two Board
members and the BCCS Business Manager. This Committee holds all information submitted
to FACTS and/or the FA Committee in strictest confidence.
All current family recipients of Financial Aid must have completed their
required 12 volunteer hours to BCCS for the previous school year, and have
logged them into Renweb by the end of July in order to finalize their Financial
Aid award for the new school year.
All families are encouraged to apply for Financial Aid if finances are or will
be a key reason their children would NOT be able to attend BCCS. However,
applying for Financial Aid does not automatically mean you will be granted some
assistance. BCCS has a limited amount of money budgeted for Financial Aid and a
BCCS family does not typically receive Financial Aid if their total tuition
charge is less than 20% of their family’s adjusted gross income. Also, families
with only one child in half day kindergarten will not receive aid.
