Springside Chestnut Hill Academy is pleased to offer you a convenient and safe online method to set up an installment payment plan through FACTS Management Company!

You ​can select one of the following installment plans:

Monthly Payments: - Spread your tuition balance over monthly installments.
--- Monthly Installments range from 12 months to 9 months, depending on when you sign up.  

--- Early Childhood Center - choose your plan according to when you enroll and the number of days per week your child will attend.

--- Select from 5 different monthly payment dates, & have the flexibility to change your scheduled   date up to 2 times per month.

Quarterly Payments: - Spread your tuition balance over ​quarterly installments due June 15th, September 15th, December 15th and March 15th.

Semi-Annual Payments: - ​Pay your tuition in two installments: 60%​ due June 15th and 40% due November 15th : 

Choose from 2 Convenient & Secure AUTOMATIC Payment Options:
1.) Electronic ​Debit (ACH) - Your payments are processed securely through bank-to-bank transaction.
2.) Credit ​/ ​Debit​ Card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express). - Please note, payments made through a credit ​/ debit card are assessed an additional charge for processing (see Fees below).

Peace of Mind Insurance:

You are also covered under the Peace of Mind Insurance: In the event of death of the Plan Owner or their legal spouse, the remaining tuition balance owed for the current school year is paid to the school.

Fees:
--- $43.00 : 
Non-refundable ​Enrollment Fee for Monthly and Quarterly Plans or $10.00 for Semi-Annual Plan and Early Childhood Center.
--- $20.00 : Non-refundable Peace of Mind Fee
--- 2.85% : Service Fee will be assessed on ALL Credit / Debit Card payments.
--- $100.00 : ​Late Charge for payments returned the 2nd time
- will be added to the next month's payment.
--- $30.00 : 
Returned Payment Fee for payments returned the 1st time - will be processed 5 days after the original payment was returned. 

Follow the Simple Steps to Enroll in a Payment Plan below:

1. NEW FACTS Families will first need to ‘Create an Online Account’. 
    RETURNING FACTS Families can ‘Sign In’ using your existing user account.

2. Then click on the “Set up a Payment Plan” link.

3. Click the Set up a Payment Plan button for the school year in which you will be paying. (OR Click the Set up a Payment Plan button.)

4. Then complete each step as prompted.
