Springside Chestnut Hill Academy is pleased to offer you a convenient and safe online method to set up an installment payment plan and receive incidental billing invoices through FACTS Management Company.

Current families will not need to sign up for next year's plan.  You will be re-enrolled using last year's plan selections.   You will receive an Agreement Confirmation Notice with the balance details and due dates once all charges and credits are entered.  Please review your plan and contact Diane Ross at dross@sch.org with any changes .

You have the following Payment Plan options:

Monthly: - Choose from a 12 month plan (beginning in March/April) to a 9 month plan.  Requires automatic payment to be set up with a bank account or credit card.

Quarterly: - 25% due June 15th, September 15th, December 15th and March 15th.  Requires automatic payment to be set up with a bank account or credit card.

Semi-Annual:   ​60% due June 15, 40% due November 15.  With this option, you can set up an automatic payment through a bank account or credit card, or choose to be invoiced which allows you to pay by check or online.

Pay in Full - due June 15:  With this option, you can set up an automatic payment through a bank account or credit card or choose to be invoiced which allows you to pay by check or online.

Enrollment Deposit
A $500 non refundable enrollment deposit is required to hold your child’s place. This deposit will be automatically deducted 10 days after your FACTS payment plan is finalized and will be subtracted from your tuition.  For invoice plans without autopay,  you will be billed for the $500 deposit.

Once your payment plan selection is made, your charges and credits will be entered by the Manager of Student Billing. You will receive a confirmation and payment schedule from FACTS letting you know that your agreement has been finalized. Your selections can always be changed at a later date by contacting Diane Ross at dross@sch.org.

Incidental Billing (School store, music lessons, etc.) Auto Pay Option - this option offers you the convenience of having incidental fees automatically paid on the due date from your designated financial account. The checkbox is pre-selected under "Payment Details" when you are setting up your payment plan. You must deselect this box if you do not want auto pay. To be eligible for this, you must have auto pay set up with your payment plan. You will receive an invoice so you are aware of the automatic payment amount that will be processed. Online Payment - (ACH or credit card) initiated by you each time you make a payment Mail in Payment - FACTS will send you a link on how to send in payment by check.

Choose from 2 Convenient & Secure Automatic Payment Options:
1.) Electronic ​Debit (ACH) - Your payments are processed securely through bank-to-bank transaction.
2.) Credit​/​Debit​ Card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express). - payments made through a credit ​/debit card are assessed an additional charge for processing (see Fees below).

Peace of Mind Insurance:
The POM benefit will pay any eligible FACTS unpaid balance up to a maximum benefit amount of $30,000 in the event of the death of the Responsible Party or his/her legal spouse.  Coverage is only available to individuals under age 70.  If you choose the Pay in Full Plan, you are not eligible for POM.  See further details in your agreement.

Fees:

--- $55.00 : Non-refundable ​Enrollment Fee for Monthly and Quarterly Plans.  No charge for Pay in Full Plan.
--- $25.00 : Non-refundable Enrollment Fee for Semi-Annual Plan. 
--- $22.50 : Non-refundable Peace of Mind Fee (Pay in Full Plan is not eligible)
--- 2.95% : Service Fee will be assessed on ALL Credit/Debit Card payments.
--- $100.00 : ​Late Charge for payments returned the 2nd time - will be added to the next month's payment.
--- $30.00 : Returned Payment Fee for payments returned the 1st time - will be processed 5 days after the original payment was returned. 

Follow the Simple Steps to Enroll in a Payment Plan below:

1. NEW FACTS Families will first need to select ‘Create a username & password' above. 
    
2. Then click on the “Set up a Payment Plan” link.

3. Click the Set up a Payment Plan button for the school year in which you will be paying. (OR Click the Set up a Payment Plan button.)

4. Then complete each step as prompted.
