Oldfields School


We are pleased to offer you a convenient, online method to manage your Oldfields School tuition account with FACTS Management. 
All Oldfields' families must enroll with FACTS, including those families that elected to pay in full.  This will allow you to select a payment plan that best suits your financial needs and it provides an option to pay by automatic bank draft or credit card.

The payment plans listed below are offered by Oldfields School. Depending on the start and end date of each plan, they may not always be offered.  Families that enroll mid-year have additional payment plan options.

Full Payment:

Pay your tuition balance in full by the due date.

Nine (9) Installment Plan:

Spread your tuition balance over 9 monthly installments from July to March.

Six (6) Installment Plan:

Spread your tuition balance over 6 monthly installments from August to January.

Two (2) Installment Plan:

Divide your tuition balance over 2 installments with 60% due in July and 40% due in November.

Please note, payments made through a debit or credit card are assessed an additional charge for processing.

Simple Steps to Create an Online Account: 

1. If you have an existing FACTS username and password, select "Sign In".
If you are a new FACTS user please select "Create username and password" to begin.

2. Then click on the Set Up a Payment Plan button for the appropriate school year.

3. Complete the steps as prompted.‚Äč
