We are pleased to offer you a convenient, online method to manage your Oldfields School tuition and incidental expenses with FACTS. All Oldfields' families must enroll with FACTS, including those families that elected to pay in full. This will allow you to select a payment plan that best suits your financial needs and provides access to your incidental expenses all in one place. It also provides an option to pay by automatic bank draft (ACH) or debit/credit card.
The following payment plans are offered by Oldfields School. Depending on the start and end date of each plan, they may not always be offered or the number of installments may be less. Families that enroll mid-year have the option to make monthly payments through March.
Pay your tuition balance in full by July.
Two (2) Installment Plan:
Divide your tuition balance over two (2) installments with 60% due in July and 40% due in November.
Six (6) Installment Plan:
Spread your tuition balance over six (6) monthly installments from August to January.
Nine (9) Installment Plan:
Spread your tuition balance over nine (9) monthly installments from July to March.
Installment payment plans are assessed an enrollment fee by FACTS. There is no enrollment fee assessed on full payment plans. Furthermore, payments made through a debit or credit card are assessed an additional processing fee.
To access your tuition and incidental expenses accounts and for more details about the payment options above, create an online account with the following simple steps:
1. If you have an existing FACTS username and password, select "Sign In". If you are a new FACTS user please select "Create username and password" to begin.
2. Then click on the Set Up a Payment Plan button for the appropriate school year.
3. Complete the steps as prompted.
