Tuition Assistance Applications
EMS families use FACTS for two purposes: 1) to apply for tuition assistance each
year. 2) to make tuition and fee
payments, and check account status during the school year.

Families applying for FACTS tuition assistance: click “Create a username & password.” to
begin the FACTS application
NEW
Families setting up your FACTS tuition account: If you previously
applied for FACTS tuition assistance, click “Sign in” to return to your FACTS
account and set up billing information. If you did not apply for FACTS tuition
assistance, click “Create a username & password” to establish your FACTS
billing account.
