We are pleased to offer you a convenient, secure method to set up a payment plan through FACTS.

Simple steps to apply to enroll in a payment plan:

1. If you have an existing FACTS account, select Sign In.  If you are a new user, select Create a username & password to begin. NOTE: Once you create a FACTS username and password, FACTS and RenWeb will be linked.  You can then access your FACTS agreement by logging into RenWeb.

2. Then click on the Start Application button or Set Up a Payment Plan link.

3. Complete the steps as prompted.
