Steps to Enroll in FACTS Online Tuition/Fee Billing for 2022-2023 (enrollment for 2021-2022 is CLOSED):
1. If you are new to FACTS: you will first need to create an online account, a username and a password (If you have an existing 2021-2022 FACTS account, the School will complete your FACTS re enrollment for the 2022-2023 School Year.)
2. Please make sure to follow ALL steps=> After creating a username and password, click on the green button "Set Up a Payment Plan", select the 2022-2023 School Year and then select your payment profile.

Complete ALL subsequent steps as prompted.
4. IMPORTANT- Do NOT create a FACTS account for the 2022-2023 school year after April 15, 2022 without expressly contacting the Business Office. FACTS accounts cannot be created during the middle of the school year for billing during the same year . If you signed up to be direct billed by the School under our one/two pay system, we cannot change you to FACTS until the next re enrollment period.
NOTE:
Do not use the FACTS portal for financial aid applications; the financial aid process is handled by Mr. Chris Downing, Director of Financial Aid at Charlotte Latin School. Please contact Mr. Downing for further information regarding financial aid.
