Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. The plans listed below are offered by your school. Depending on the start and end date of each plan, they may not always be offered.
Monthly Payments:
Spread your tuition balance over monthly installments.
Payment Methods Offered: Automatic Bank Draft, Credit Card
Semi Annual Payments:
Spread your tuition balance over 2 installments.
Payment Methods Offered: Automatic Bank Draft, Credit Card
Annual Payment:
Pay in one full payment.
Payment Methods Offered: Automatic Bank Draft, Credit Card
Two Payments per Month:
Spread your tuition balance over 2 payments each month.
Payment Methods Offered: Automatic Bank Draft, Credit Card
Please note, payments made through a credit card are assessed an additional charge for processing.

Simple Steps to Enroll in a Payment Plan and/or Apply for Aid:
1. You will first need to create an online account.
2. Then click on the Set Up a Payment Plan or Start Application
3. Select the school year for which you will be paying.
4. Complete the steps as prompted.
Financial aid is based on need for tuition only.
All other amounts or fees are the responsibility of the family. The
following criteria for order of priority to determine aid for the 2024-2025 school year is:
1. Only students who have been accepted by St. Francis
Xavier School through the normal registration process will be considered for
financial aid.
2. Families must apply to at least one of the
scholarship foundations prior to applying for this financial aid and be
denied/or not accepted to receive funds from the foundation. (Alabama
Accountability Act Scholarship opportunities: Scholarship for Kids, Renaissance,
or C2)
3. St. Francis Xavier Parishioners with students currently
enrolled in SFX School
4. Parishioners who are actively registered and
actively participating in the Parish
5. Non-Parish families with students presently
enrolled in SFX school
6. Catholic families from other parishes
7. Non-Catholic families
8. 4K students are not eligible for financial
aid.
Financial Aid decisions will be made no later than
May 15, 2024.
