We are pleased to offer you a convenient, online method to apply for financial aid and enroll in a payment plan with FACTS Management for Trinity High School.


Simple Steps to Apply for Financial Aid Online

Trinity families can begin applying for financial aid on Oct. 15.  Applications must be completed and in “Completed Status" before Jan. 31. Families need to supply basic demographic information along with 2022 or 2023 tax documents (i.e. 1040 and W2) to complete the application.


To complete your application follow the steps below:

1. If you have an existing ​account with FACTS and have already created a user account, please enter your existing username and password and click Sign In.


2.
If you are a new FACTS user please select Create username & password to begin.

3. Then, click on the Start Application button to apply for Financial Aid.

4.
Select the appropriate school year.


5. Fill out all demographic information.


6. Upload all requested 2022 tax documents. If interested, families can upload their 2023 documents once completed.


Once submitted please monitor your account and follow up on all questions from FACTS to ensure your application is in “COMPLETED status” before Jan. 31.  Financial aid award notices will be sent directly to families the first week in March as agreed upon by all Catholic High Schools in Louisville.


Special Note - In order to be awarded financial aid you must assume responsibility of tuition payments via an active FACTS account for the enrolled student being applied for.

Simple Steps to Selecting a Payment Plan


Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option that best suits your financial needs.  Please review the information below regarding the plans offered by Trinity for the 2024-25 school year.  Tuition rates will be set in April. 


    One Pay – Full payment due in July

    Four Payment Plan [July, September, January, March]

    Ten Payment Plan [Monthly Payment July - April]


Payment by Credit Card or Automatic Bank Draft is available for each plan.

Tuition plans must be selected on FACTS for the following school year before April 30.

RETURNING FAMILIES will receive an email notification from FACTS automatically re-enrolling you into the established FACTS tuition account from the previous school year.  Any new additions to Trinity within your family will be automatically enrolled into this plan as well.  Your account will initially be in “pending status” until Trinity finalizes all plans and payments begin at your selected time.   If you would like to alter your established payment plan, please contact Ms. Kate Pilbean in Trinity Business Office at 502-736-2105 or FACTS directly to make changes.  If your family qualified for tuition assistance, the total amount will be credited to your son’s account before payments begin.  Any necessary updates to your banking information should be done directly on FACTS.  All accounts and banking information must be updated and current by April 30.

NEW FAMILIES must select a tuition payment plan on FACTS following the email instructions from FACTS. The ONLINE ACCESS and UNIQUE CODE provided in the email received from FACTS will allow direct access to your account. Once a payment plan has been selected your account will be in “pending status” and Trinity will finalize all plans before payments begin. If your family qualified for tuition assistance, the total amount will be credited to your son’s account before payments begin.  If you have any questions please contact Mr. James Torra at 736-2120 or torra@trinityrocks.com.  All accounts and banking information must be updated and current by April 30.

Financial Aid award letters will be issued the first week in March as agreed upon by all Catholic High Schools in Louisville.  In order for this award to be applied to your account, this enrollment process must be completed.

Please note, students playing KHSAA sports (archery, golf, soccer, football, cross country, swimming, wrestling, basketball, bowling, baseball, tennis, fishing and track) are eligible to participate only when the tuition is paid by an immediate family member, except for that portion provided from the school through the financial aid process.
