We are pleased to offer FACTS Payment Plans and Grant & Aid
Financial Needs Assessment on the same platform.
For Childcare Only
Families:
1. If you are a New FACTS User please
create a Facts Account. Select Create username &
password to
begin.
2. Add your credit card or
checking account information for payments.
Invoices for childcare services will be sent weekly through Incidental
Expense on Monday. Lunch prepay accounts
are updated on Friday.
For Preschool 3 to 8th
Grade Families:
1. If you are a New FACTS User please
create a FACTS Account. Select Create username &
password to
begin and complete the steps as prompted.
2. Set-up a payment plan. (The SJA Business Office
will add the appropriate fees to your payment plan and send the registration
fee of $160 through Incidental Expenses.)
3. Select the appropriate
school year.
4. Add your credit card or
checking account information for payments.
5. Payment Plan settings will
carry over from the previous year, unless you change them.
