Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. The plans listed below are offered by your school. Depending on the start and end date of each plan, they may not always be offered.

Monthly Payments:
Spread your tuition balance over monthly installments.
Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft

Quarterly Payments:
Pay your tuition in quarterly installments.
Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft

Semi-Annual Payments:
Pay your tuition in two installments.
Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft

Payment in Full:
FACTS is a quick, secure method for paying your tuition balance in full.
Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft

Please note, payments made through a credit/debit card are assessed an additional charge for processing.


To Enroll in a Payment Plan:

Families new to FACTS
: Follow the steps as indicated in your invitation from FACTS. This will arrive via email in June. If it is not in your email inbox, please check your email junk and/or spam folder.

Returning FACTS Families: Will be electronically re-enrolled in FACTS for the coming year by your school and will NOT set up a new payment plan. Should you wish to make changes to your existing payment plan, please contact FACTS at 866-441-4637.


To apply for Financial Aid:

The Grant and Aid Application is for Freshman and Transfer Students Only.  Returning Families (who do not have an incoming Freshman Daughter) are Not Required to Complete the Grant and Aid Application for Mount Notre Dame High School.

Returning FACTS families: Click on the "Sign In to Manage your FACTS Account" button and sign in. Then you may click the link to apply for Financial Aid.

​Families new to FACTS: Please review these simple steps to apply:

1. You will first need to create an online user account.

2. Then click on the Apply for Financial Aid link.

3. Select the school year you are applying for.

4. Complete the steps and review your information as prompted.
