1: Complete the State Choice Proof Residency Form
To receive the 2026-27 Indiana Choice Scholarship a Proof of Residency Form must be completed IN
ADDITION to the 2026-27 financial aid application.

STEP 2: Complete the Brébeuf Jesuit 2026-27 Financial
Aid Application
Families who are interested
in additional financial assistance beyond the State Choice Scholarship must
also complete the 2026-27 financial aid application IN ADDITION
to the Choice Proof of Residency Form.
If you have used FACTS before, simply Sign In to manage your
account, by clicking Sign In on the top right on this screen.
If you are new to FACTS, follow these
simple steps to apply:
1.
You will first need to create an online user account by clicking on Create a
Username and Password on the top right on this screen.
2.
Then click Start Application to apply for Financial Aid.
3.
Select the school year you are paying for.
4.
Complete the steps and review your information as prompted.
To begin, click the 'Create a username
& password' button.

2026-27 Financial Aid Deadline Regular
Admissions - Dec. 1, 2025

Families have until December 1st to complete their Financial Aid application
and upload all required documentation.

Acceptance decisions and financial aid awards are shared with families at the
same time. Regular Admission decisions will be sent out by the beginning of
February 2026.

Availability of financial aid funds cannot be guaranteed after offers of
admission have been made
