We are pleased to offer you a convenient, online method to set up your Tuition Payment Plan or apply for optional Financial Aid through FACTS for Heritage Christian Academy.
All families must set up a payment plan to begin the
enrollment process. Begin here. After your payment
plan is complete the school will assign Customer and Student Forms to your
account. Please check back and complete these forms as soon as
possible. Your enrollment is not complete until these forms are
Tuition Assistance/Grant & Aid is OPTIONAL. There is a $35 fee to
Steps to Set Up Payment Plan or apply for Financial Aid:
1. If you have an existing account
with FACTS, please enter your
existing username and password and click Sign In. If
you are a New FACTS User, please
select Create username & password to begin.
2. Once you are logged in, select Set Up a Payment Plan to set up your tuition payment plan or Start Application to complete a financial aid application.
3. Select the appropriate school year.
4. Complete the steps as prompted.
Pre-Kindergarten - $1,650
5-Day Kindergarten - 5th Grade - $6,042
6th Grade - 12th Grade - $6,725
Family Enrollment Fee - $150 - Per Family
Late Enrollment Fee - $50 - After June 1, Re-enrolling Families only
Book Use Fee (Non-refundable) - $80 - Per Student, Grades 1-12
New Student Fee - $45 -Testing/Placement
Kindergarten "Search" Fee -$55 - All incoming Kindergarten Students
Graduation Fee - $100- Per Graduate
Athletics - Pay to Participate Fees:
JV & Varsity Sports - $150 - Per Student Per Sport
Middle School - $100 - Per Student Per Sport
