Welcome to Quest Academy! We work with FACTS to
process our financial aid applications and to process tuition payment plans. Please review the information below to determine your next steps.
NEW ACCOUNT
If you have never used FACTS before, you will first need to
create an account. Click on the “Create a username & password” button and
follow the prompts. You will then choose from the options to apply for
financial aid or set up a payment plan and complete all steps that follow.
EXISTING ACCOUNT
If you have used FACTS in the past, you will click on the “Sign
in” button and login in using your existing information. Once you are logged,
use the prompts or menus to either apply for financial aid or set up a payment
plan and complete all steps that follow.
APPLYING FOR FINANCIAL AID
Financial Aid is available for qualifying families. Awards are
based on need and are determined by the School's Financial Aid Committee. You
must complete all required questions and provide applicable documents to
finalize your application and for it to be received by Quest’s Financial Aid
Committee.
SETTING UP A TUITION PAYMENT PLAN
Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows
you to select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. The plans
listed below are offered by your school. Depending on the start and end date of
each plan, they may not always be offered. Please
note, payments made through a credit card are assessed an additional processing
charge.
Monthly Payments:
Spread your tuition balance over monthly
installments.

in Full:
FACTS is a quick, secure method for paying your
tuition balance in full.

Simple Steps to Enroll in a Payment Plan Online:
1. You will first need to create an online account
or login to your existing account.
2. Click on the Set Up a Payment Plan link.
3. Select the school year for which you will be
paying.
4. Complete the steps as prompted.
Note
for Returning Families:
If you had a tuition agreement with Quest
Academy in the previous school year, the school will re-enroll your
student(s). DO NOT setup a new agreement.
