The 2026-2027 Enrollment
The
re-enrollment process for the 2026-2027 academic year will open
on Thursday, January 15, 2026 and will close on Wednesday, February 11,
2026.
How to submit your (re)enrollment contract:
1.
If you have an existing FACTS username and password, select
"Sign In"
2. Click on the “Set Up a Payment Plan” link.
3.
Select the appropriate school year.
4. Complete the steps as prompted. You will be asked
to re-enter children's names and grades, and will need to
resubmit payment plan information.
Families will be able to use this system to set up an account, submit their
enrollment contracts and deposit, and set up their tuition payments in one of
three ways:
- Payment in full due July 1, 2026. There is a $25 FACTS fee per
family, per year.
- Two equal installments due June 1, 2026 and December 1, 2026. There is a $25 FACTS fee
per family, per year.
- 12 monthly payments beginning in June 1, 2026. There is a
$55 FACTS fee per family, per year.
Parents can view all of their payment
activity online, change their payment method from month to month, make
additional payments, and view previous or upcoming payments. This system is
also used to submit financial aid applications.
Please note these important reminders:
- There is a $2,000 non-refundable deposit per student
due with enrollment contracts.
- Payments made through a credit card are assessed an additional charge
for processing of 3.05%
- Once you have returned your enrollment contract AND submitted your
payment plan, within two weeks, you will receive an invoice
from FACTS to pay your tuition deposit in full.
- The 2026-2027 billing will be processed during the Spring of 2026.
Upon completion of the billing, you will receive an invoice
from FACTS showing the 2026-2027 balance owed.
- Your enrollment is not complete until you have
entered your payment plan information.
The 2026-2027 French
Government "Bourses Scolaires" (for French families)
If
your child is a French citizen and lives in the Chicago area with at
least one of his/her parents, you are eligible to apply for financial
aid from the French government.
The 2026-2027 application period for the
first phase of financial aid from the French government will
open in January 2026 and will close February 17th, 2026.

The 2026-2027 LFC Financial Aid
The 2026-2027 Financial Aid process opens November 1st, 2025 and will close January 15th, 2026.
How to submit a financial aid application:
1. If you have an existing FACTS username and password, select "Sign In." If you are a new FACTS user please select "Create a username & password" to begin.
2. Click on the “Start an Application” link.
3. Select the appropriate school year.
4. Complete the steps as prompted.

- November 1, 2025: FACTS financial aid applications open.

- January 15, 2026: preliminary financial aid award notification is targeted to be available.
- February 9, 2026: submission of 2024 tax returns and 2025 W-2.
- April 21, 2026: update applications with 2025 tax returns.
- April 28, 2026: final award confirmation.
