We are pleased to offer you a convenient, online method to apply for assistance through FACTS for De Smet Jesuit High School.
We are now accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year.
DeSmet Jesuit High School requires both of the student's natural
parents/guardians to complete a FACTS application.
Attention All Incoming Freshman
(class of 2028):
- If you are a New FACTS User, please select "Create a FACTS username & password" or If you have an existing FACTS account, please select "Sign In" and use your existing username/password.
- All applications must be submitted by January 15, 2024 **. Complete 2022 Federal Tax
Return and W2(s) are required. Follow up with 2023 W2s must be provided no later than February 15, 2024.
Attention All Returning Applicants: (class of 2025, 2026, 2027)
- If you have an existing FACTS account, please select "Sign In" and use your existing username/password.
- All applications must be submitted by February 15, 2024 **. Complete 2022 Federal Tax Return and W2(s) and 2023 W2(s) are required.
** For those applying for certain sponsored scholarships, a FACTS application may be required earlier. Please see scholarship page for details.
