We are pleased to offer you a convenient, online method to apply for financial aid through FACTS for The Pembroke Hill School. 

Returning families applying for the 20​​24-2025 school year must submit the application by 12/1/23. 

New families applying for the 20​​24-2025 school year must submit the application by 1/1/24


Simple Steps to Apply for Financial Aid Online

1. Choose "Create a username & password". If you have an existing FACTS account and have already created a user account, please select "Sign In" and use your existing username and password.

2. The click on the "Start Application" link. 

3. Select the appropriate school year. 

4. Complete the steps as prompted.

NOTE: Once the application has been submitted make sure to print the provided Coversheet that shows all the required documents needed to complete your application.  We suggest you do not use your phone to photo copy documents as they usually come across as unreadable.  Please allow 2 weeks processing time after you have faxed or uploaded your supporting tax documents.

Pembroke Hill requires the following information before it can make financial aid decisions:
- Completed FACTS online application
- All 2022 W-2 's for the applicant and co-applicant
- 2022 Federal Form 1040 Tax Return (2 pages)
- Copies of all supporting 2022 Schedules (Schedule C, E, F)
- Copies of all 2022 business tax returns that are listed on the Schedule E (page 2): Form 1065 (all 5 pages), Form 1120S (all 5 pages), Schedule K-1's, Form 8825 (pages 1 and 2).
- Copies of all household Non-Taxable Income statements (Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers' Compensation and TAN)

Make sure to check the submission and verification deadline dates for New and Returning families that are listed above.
