FACTS Payment Plans and Grant & Aid Financial Needs Assessment on the same
platform.
To sign up for a payment
plan, please refer to the online payment plan invitation you received from
FACTS. This invitation will have instructions for you to enroll in a payment plan.
To apply for Grant & Aid, please Sign in (existing FACTS user) or Create a
user account.
1. Choose “Create a user name and password”, or Sign in if you are an existing
FACTS user.
2. Then click on the Start Application link.
3. Select the appropriate school year.
4. Complete the steps as prompted.
The St. John the Baptist Tuition Assistance Fund was designed to
help provide financial support for families who are seeking a faith-centered
education for their children but are unable to cover their tuition.
Eligibility
and Requirements for Funding:
Families who are seeking tuition assistance through the StJB
Tuition Assistance Fund must meet all
of the requirements listed below in order to be considered for funding:
- Families must be members of Church of the Holy Spirit.
- Families must meet the requirements of the Nebraska Department of Education Income Eligibility Guidelines for free or reduced price meals. (For more information please visit education.ne.gov/ns/forms/freereducedapp.html)
- Only students entering grades K – 8 are eligible for tuition assistance (preschool students are not eligible).
- Students must be in good standing with St. John the Baptist. (Refer to the academic requirements, discipline and attendance sections in the student handbook located on stjbcatholic.com)
- Families must pay a minimum of 25% ($300) of the total tuition (based on tuition cost of $1,200).
- Families must tithe a minimum of $17/week ($800/annually) to Church of the Holy Spirit.
- St. John the Baptist School must have record that families have completed the required Stewardship hours for the school (20 hours required each school year).
- Church of the Holy Spirit must have record that families have completed and returned the annual Parish Stewardship Commitment Forms.
DEADLINE: Online applications must be received by April 15, 2024 to
be considered for funding. Families will be notified of funding acceptance and
amount by May 1, 2024.
