St. Philip School uses FACTS ​Management as its main platform to manage Tuition and Fee payments as well as keeping track of all Parent Required Participation/Contributions.

Tuition payment​ ​is to be paid through "FACTS Payment Plan"​ (an auto payment plan). Parents may choose from ​three payment plan options available that best suits ​their financial needs.

Other Fees and Parent Required Participation/Contributions are charged on FACTS as Incidental Expenses. "FACTS Incidental Expenses" is not an auto payment plan by default. Parents have to initiate/authorize payment on due dates. An auto payment setting is also available for "FACTS Incidental Expenses" as an option.

Parent Required Participation/Contributions are charged on "FACTS Incidental Expenses" as a placeholder for tracking purpose. As proof of participation and/or buy-out payment received, credit/adjustment to Parent Required Participation/Contribution charges will be made accordingly.

The three available "FACTS Payment Plans" ​options are listed below. Depending on the start and end of each plan, they may not always be offered.

Monthly Payments:
-Spread your tuition balance over 10 monthly installments from August to May.
-Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft


Semi-Annual Payments:
-Pay your tuition in two installments.
-Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft


Payment in Full:
-FACTS is a quick, secure method for paying your tuition balance in full.
-Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft


Simple Steps to Enroll in a Payment Plan Online:

1. You will first need to create an online account or sign into an existing account.
2. Then click on the Set Up a Payment Plan link.
3. Select the school year for which you will be paying.
4. Complete the steps as prompted.
