We are pleased to offer FACTS Payment Plans and Grant & Aid Financial Needs Assessment on the same platform. Tuition Assistance is available to all families for students in grades K-8 who are registered and active parishioners in one of our four founding parishes (St. Francis of Assisi, St. Elizabeth Seton, St. Julie Billiart, St. Stephen Deacon & Martyr).

Please Note the Window for Grant & Aid Applications has Changed: The application process is open from 12/1/2024 through 4/30/25. Applications must be submitted by March 31, 2025, for priority consideration.

Simple Steps to Enroll in a Payment Plan and/or Apply for Financial Aid Online

1. If you have an existing Tuition Payment Plan through FACTS and have already created a
    user account, please enter your existing username and password and click “Sign In”. If
    you are a New FACTS User please select “Create a username & password” to begin.

2. Then click on Set Up a Payment Plan or ​Start Application.
3. Select the appropriate school year.

4. Complete the steps as prompted.

Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. Your school offers the plans listed below.

Monthly Payments:
Spread your tuition balance over monthly installments.
Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft

Semi-Annual Payments:
Pay your tuition in two installments.
Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft

Payment in Full: 
FACTS is a quick, secure method for paying your tuition balance in full.
Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft

Please note, that payments made through a credit card are assessed an additional charge for processing.
