We are pleased to offer FACTS Tuition Management and FACTS Grant & Aid financial needs assessment on the same platform.

FACTS Tuition Payment Account

Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. The plans listed below are offered by St. John Regional Catholic School.  Depending on the start and end date of each plan, they may not always be offered.

Monthly Payments:
Spread your tuition balance over ten (10) monthly installments. 
Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft

Semi-Annual Payments:
Pay your tuition in two installments.  
Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft

Payment in Full:
FACTS is a quick, secure method for paying your tuition balance in full.
Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft, Invoice Agreement

Please NOTE:  A 2.85% service fee will be applied to all credit card payments.  If you wish to avoid any service fee charges, please use the ACH draft payment option when setting up your FACTS Tuition account.

How to Set-Up your FACTS Tuition Payment Account in School Admin

If you are an existing studen
at St. John Regional Catholic School
, you will set-up your FACTS payment plan in School Admin when go through the Re-Enrollment process.  

If you are a new student to St. John Regional Catholic School and are completing the Enrollment process in School Admin, click on the FACTS Payment Plan Set-Up button and create a user name and password to set-up your account and select your payment plan option.

Applying for Tuition Assistance
 
If you are a current FACTS customer, please Sign In and use your existing Tuition Management username and password.

Once you are signed in, click on Start Application located in the upper right-hand corner of the home page to get started.  

If you are a new FACTS customer please Create a username & password.

After completing the online application, you will need to upload all the required supporting documentation.   For the 22-23 school year, the following supporting documents are required to complete the application process by the deadlines noted below.

  • Your 2021 IRS Federal Income Tax Return
  • Copies of all the current W-2 Wage and Tax Statements for both applicant and co-applicant
  • Copies of all supporting tax documents if you have business income/loss.

Financial Aid Applications for the 2022-2023 School Year will open on 01/01/2022.

03/15/2022 - Archdiocese of Baltimore (AOB) - 2020 Taxes/All Supporting Documents Uploaded

03/15/2022 - Friends of Catholic Education (FOCE) - Grant & Aid Application and 2020 Taxes/All Supporting Documents Uploaded

03/30/2022 - Frederick County Parish Tuition Assistance Fund (FCPTAF) - Grant & Aid Application and 2020 Taxes/All Supporting Documents Uploaded

04/16/2022 - St John Regional Catholic School (SJRCS) Grant & Aid Application and 2020 Taxes/All Supporting Documents Uploaded

IMPORTANT:  You only need to apply once through FACTS Grant & Aid to be considered for tuition assistance through the AOB, FOCE, FCPTAF and St. John Regional Catholic School.

Please Note:  There is a FACTS Grant & Aid application fee of $34.00
