Step 1: Create a FACTS Account

  1. Visit the FACTS website at www.factsmgt.com.
  2. Click on the “Grant & Aid” tab.
  3. Select “Apply for Financial Aid” to begin the application process.
  4. If you do not already have an account, click “Create an Account” to register. You will need to provide basic information, such as your email address, and create a password.
  5. After creating your account, log in to begin the financial aid application.

Step 2: Complete the Application

  1. Once logged in, you will be directed to the application form. Fill out the required personal, family, and financial information.
  2. Be prepared to upload any necessary documents, including:

Tax returns (usually the most recent year)

      W-2 forms

      Proof of income

Other supporting financial documentation, as requested by FACTS

  1. Ensure all information is accurate and complete to avoid delays in processing your application.

Step 3: Submit Your Application

  1. After entering all necessary information and uploading documents, review your application to confirm everything is correct.
  2. Submit your application electronically. FACTS will send a confirmation email once your submission is received.
  3. You may be asked to pay a non-refundable application fee at this stage. The fee amount will be displayed on the website.

Step 4: Await Financial Assistance Decision

  1. Once the application is submitted, FACTS will process your information and share the results with The Franklin Academy’s Head of School.
  2. The school’s financial aid committee will review your application and determine your eligibility for financial assistance. All processing will take place from April 15th to April 25th. Applications received after April 25th, 2025, may not be considered. New students who apply to TFA after this date may be considered for tuition assistance if funds remain available.
  3. Families will be emailed regarding their financial aid award by April 25th, 2025. No later than April 30th, 2025, families will need to set up a FACTS payment plan or pay in Full.

Step 5: Follow-up

If additional documentation is required, or if there are any issues with your application, FACTS will contact you directly. Be sure to respond promptly to avoid delays in processing your aid.

For any questions or assistance during the application process, contact FACTS Customer Support at 1-866-441-4637.

By following these steps and submitting all required materials, you ensure your family will be considered for financial aid. However, tuition assistance can’t be guaranteed.
