- Scholarship Application
- Make Changes to existing Tuition Payment Plan
Steps to Complete
Payment Plan Agreement and Apply for Financial Aid Online:
- If you have an existing Tuition Payment Plan through
FACTS and have already created a user account, please enter your existing
username and password and click “Sign In”. If you are a New FACTS User please
select “Create a username & password” to begin.
- Click on the “Set Up a Payment Plan” link or “Start Application” link.
- Select the school year for which you will be paying.
- Complete the steps as prompted.
Completion of the FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to
select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. Hastings Catholic
Schools offers the following plans. Depending on the start and end date of each
plan, they may not always be offered. For more details about the options below,
login or create an online account.
a. Monthly Payments – Available in 10 or 12 month options to spread your
tuition balance over monthly
installments. Due August – May (10-month plan); August – July (12-month
plan).
b. Semi-Annual Payments - Pay your tuition in two installments, due in
Aug & Jan.
c.
Payment in Full - FACTS is a quick, secure method for paying your
tuition balance in full. Due in August
d. Other - Please contact the HCS Business
Office if you have questions regarding payment plans available.
Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Debit
Card or Automatic Bank Draft.
Please note, payments made
through a credit card are assessed an additional charge for processing.
Scholarship
Opportunities
·
Complete one application in the FACTs Parent Portal for
three opportunities: Good Shepard
Scholarship, Family Tuition Cap, Good Angel Scholarship.
·
No child
will be turned away from our school for a lack of finances. We want your child
and family in our school system.
·
Any family
may apply for a Family Tuition Cap Scholarship, regardless of
income. Those who qualify for more than the Good Shepherd Scholarship will
receive it through HCS’s Tuition Scholarship Fund.
·
The Diocese
and HCS do not see your financial information in your application with FACTS.
FACTS will inform HCS of the amount for which a family may qualify. The school will award more in scholarships to
those families and students who qualify.

The Good
Shepard application is also available in Spanish.

Please note if applying for tuition
assistance: Hastings
Catholic Schools believes that families should pay at least half of the total
cost to educate their student(s). There is also a non-refundable $45
application fee for anyone who applies for tuition assistance. We encourage
families with a true need for tuition assistance to fill out an application.

Exisiting
School Families please access reenrollment from link that was sent at the first
of the year, please contact Janet if you need a new link. Late fee of $150+ if reenrollment is
completed after March 31, 2026
