Hastings Catholic Schools Tuition Payment Plans & Financial Aid Applications
We are pleased to offer
FACTS Payment Plans and Grant & Aid Financial Needs Assessment on the same
platform.
Please note that new families or families with new, first-time students will need to complete the application and registration process (link will be emailed after the application is received and processed) in addition to completing your payment setup.
Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. The plans listed below are offered by your school. Depending on the start and end date of each plan, they may not always be offered.
Monthly Payments:
Spread your tuition balance over monthly installments.
Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft
Semi-Annual Payments:
Pay your tuition in two installments.
Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft
Payment in Full:
FACTS is a quick, secure method for paying your tuition balance in full.
Payment Methods Offered: Credit Card, Automatic Bank Draft
Please note, payments made through a credit card are assessed an additional charge for processing.

NO REGISTRATION FEE FOR NEW FAMILIES
Enrollment deadline is March 31st, 2024
No registration fee is required unless existing families re-register after March 31, 2024
Simple Steps to Enroll in a Payment Plan and/or Apply for Financial Aid Online:
1. If you have an existing Tuition Payment Plan
through FACTS and have already created a user account, please enter your
existing username and password and click “Sign
In”. If
you are a New FACTS User please
select “Create a username & password” to begin.
2. Then click on the Set Up a Payment Plan link or Start
Application link.
3. Select the school year for which you will be paying.
4. Complete the steps as prompted.
Good Shepard Scholarship: This scholarship is available to people of all faiths.
No child will be turned away from our
school for a lack of finances. We want your child and family in our school
system.
Any family may apply for a Family
Tuition Cap Scholarship, regardless of income. Those who
qualify for more than the Good Shepherd
Scholarship will receive it through HCS’s
Tuition Scholarship Fund.
The Diocese
and HCS do not see your financial information
in your application with FACTS. FACTS informs us of the amount for which a
family may qualify.
The school will award
more in scholarships to those families and students who qualify.
The

Please note if applying for tuition assistance: Hastings Catholic Schools believes that families should pay at least half of the total cost to educate their student(s). There is also a non-refundable $35 application fee for anyone who applies for tuition assistance. We encourage families with a true need for tuition assistance to fill out an application.
