We are pleased to offer you a
convenient, online method to apply for financial aid through our partnership
with FACTS. There is no fee for this application.
New Family Applications for the 23-24 school year will be accepted from Jan. 18, 2023 thru Sept. 30, 2023 or
until all funds are dispersed. Early application is to your advantage.
Current Xavier Family Applications must be completed yearly by the deadline in
March. For the 23-24 school year the deadline is March 17, 2023.
Steps to Apply for Financial Aid Online

Sign in
to FACTS or create an account to begin.
●
Once
signed in, select the ‘Start Application’
button and the school year you are applying for.
●
Complete
the steps as prompted including the uploading of supporting documentation.
●
Important
- If you file a tax return but do
not have W2 wages because you are self-employed, you must submit a copy of your
personal and business tax returns for 2022. If you are a business owner and
your 2022 taxes will not be completed by the deadline, please apply using your
2021 taxes and note in the Additional Comments field that you will upload your
taxes when they become available, and complete the upload as soon as possible.
Please Note
● If your application is completed by the March
17 deadline, you will be notified of your award near the first week of May.
●
Any
tuition assistance will be applied to your tuition account once your signed
acceptance letter is received by our Business Office.
● Mark your calendar to review your application
two weeks after it is submitted to confirm that it is marked as complete. If
you have a question as to why your application is not marked complete, please
reach out to FACTS Customer Service at (866) 441-4637.
