St Francis Xavier Catholic School System, Inc.

Welcome to Xavier Catholic Schools!

We are pleased to offer you a convenient, online method to apply for financial aid through our partnership with FACTS.

Important Dates
We are no longer Accepting applications for the 2021-2022 school year.

March 11, 2022  is the deadline for current Xavier families to apply for need-based assistance through FACTS. Applications must be verified by FACTS in order for the System to process them for Tuition Assistance. It takes time once your application and supporting documentation is entered for FACTS to process and verify so please apply early.

New families can continue to apply until September 30, 2022. The website will be available for the 2022-2023 school year until September 30, 2022 so families joining us after the start of school will have an opportunity to apply.

The deadlines for merit-based scholarships through our Foundation can be found on the Tuition Assistance & Scholarship page under Enrollment on our website (http://www.xaviercatholicschools.org/).

If your family income places you at or below 220% of the federal poverty guideline, please consider applying for a voucher that could cover your registration fee and base tuition through the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) via the Department of Public Instruction (DPI).  Online application is the first step. For a full explanation of the program and its requirements, please contact Tara Pearce at (920) 735-9380 or tpearce@xavercatholicschools.org.
