We are pleased to offer you a convenient, online method to apply for financial aid throught FACTS.
Please choose "Create a FACTS Account" to begin.
If you have an existing Tuition Payment Plan through FACTS and already have created a user account, please select "Sign in to Manage your FACTS Account" and use your existing username and password.
When the application is completed you will be expected to provide your Federal Form 1040 Tax Return (2 pages), required schedules, W-2's and any Non-Taxable Income documentation (Social Security Income, Child Support, Food Stamps, etc.).
