Columbus Citizens Foundation High School Scholarship Program

Welcome!

We are pleased to offer you a convenient, online method to apply for financial aid through FACTS for Columbus Citizens Foundation High School Scholarship Program.

Grants are available to only 8th graders who will enter high school as a freshmen in the Fall. Students who are already in high school are NOT eligible to receive a CCF high school scholarship.

Make sure to list Columbus Citizens Foundation High School Scholarship Program in the school section of the application.

Simple Steps to Apply for Financial Aid Online

1. Choose “Create a username & password”. If you have an existing FACTS account and have already created a user account, please select "Sign In" and use your existing username and password.

2. Click on the "Start Application" link.

3. Select the ​2021/2022 school year.

4. Complete the steps as prompted.

NOTE: Once the application has been submitted make sure to print the provided Coversheet that shows all the required documents needed to complete your application.  We suggest you do not use your phone to photo copy documents as they usually come across as unreadable.  Please allow 2 weeks processing time after you have faxed or uploaded your supporting tax documents.

ALL DOCUMENTS (this includes essays, letters of recommendation and tax documents) MUST be sent directly to FACTS not Columbus Citizens Foundation.

*If you are applying for two separate Columbus Citizens Foundation programs you will need to search by the zip code 10021 to locate the 2nd one.  Example:  Applying for the Elementary and High School Grant for separate student.
