RETURNING FAMILIES

·       On May 5th, your current year online FACTS agreement will “rollover” based on the payment options we offer: Full pay, Semi-Annual, or Monthly (10months July-April). Monthly payment requires automatic bank payment (ACH) or credit/debit card payment

·         IF you wish to change either your payment DATE or payment SCHEDULE, indicate this on your Stewardship Agreement form and notify school. IF you try to make either of these changes online, a duplicate agreement will be created.

·         IF you need to update your banking/credit card details for automatic payments after May 5th, you will need to update BOTH your current year and next year agreements. The school does not have access to these details.

NEW FAMILIES

·         Please proceed to SET-UP your online FACTS agreement based on the payment options we offer: Full pay, Semi-Annual, or Monthly (10months July-April).

·         Be sure to click the green “submit” button after selecting your payment schedule.

**Please return your completed/signed STEWARDSHIP FORM to school.

Once tuition/fees are loaded into FACTS, you will receive a notification from FACTS. You may logon to your account at any time to see scheduled payments.
