STEPS TO APPLY FOR TUITION ASSISTANCE OR ENROLL IN A PAYMENT PLAN

1.       If you are new to FACTS, please click “Create a username & password’ to begin.  If you are a retuning user, please click ‘Sign In’

2.       Once signed in, you will be given the option to Set Up a Payment Planor ‘Start Application’

 

Start Application (Grant & Aid – Tuition Assistance)

·         This is where you will begin the Tuition Assistance application process.

·         Select St. Catherine of Siena Academy as the school you are applying to.

·      Select Archdiocese of Detroit (AOD), if you are an active member of an AOD parish and wish to also be considered for Tuition Assistance from the Diocese. 

·         Be sure the 2022-2023 school year is selected.

·         Complete the steps as prompted.

 

Set Up a Payment Plan

·         If you are new to St. Catherine of Siena Academy

o   Once the Admission process is complete and your student is accepted, you will receive and email from FACTS with a unique code that will begin your enrollment process in FACTS.  You will need that email to set up a payment plan and complete enrollment.

o   You will select the grey “Create a username & password

o   FACTS will list multiple payment plan options for you to choose from, including pay-in-full, 2 installments or 4 installments.

o   Payment methods offered are automatic bank draft (ACH) for a checking account, or by credit card.

·         If you already have a FACTS account with St. Catherine of Siena Academy

o   Select Click on the green “Sign in” and use your existing login ID and password.

o   Select ‘Set Up a Payment Plan’ under the 2021-2022 School Year

o   FACTS will list multiple payment plan options for you to choose from, including pay-in-full, 2 installments or 4 installments.

o   Payment methods offered are automatic bank draft (ACH) for a checking account, or by credit card.

Note: payments made with a credit card are assessed an additional charge for processing.
