Welcome to Capital Camps
To begin your Summer 2024 application select the 2023-2024 Term.
We are pleased to offer you a convenient, secure method to apply for financial aid through FACTS.
Applications with all required documentation are due within 14 days of camp enrollment.
Camper(s) must be registered with a deposit for a Summer 2024 session in order for a financial aid application to be reviewed.
A $40 FACTS application fee is required to be paid at the time an application is submitted. For families who qualify for financial assistance, this fee will be incorporated into the aid package.
If the deposit required to enroll a camper or the FACTS fee will prohibit application, please contact Ruth Burka at 240.283.6158 to make payment arrangements.
Application FAQs:
* For Summer 2024, please select the 2023-2024 Term
* In the FACTS financial assistance application, Capital Camps is referred to as a "school".
* On the Student Information screen, please register all children attending Capital Camps.
Simple steps to apply for financial aid:
* If you have applied for aid for another institution through FACTS:
1. Log into your online account at https://online.factsmgt.com and add Capital Camps to your application.
2. Capital Camps is located in Rockville, MD, for the search purpose of this application.
3. You will need to answer the custom questions for Capital Camps, but you do NOT have to
complete a new application or pay another application fee.
* If you are a new FACTS user:
1. Select Create a username & password to begin.
2. Click on the Apply for Financial Aid link.
3. Complete the steps as prompted.
