To help streamline the financial assistance process, we use FACTS Grant & Aid for both Early Childhood at Cherry Hill and Summer Camp at Medford. Please review the information below for important details on how to apply.

New Users: Create an Account
1. Click Create your Account
2. Enter your email address and follow the prompts to set up your account
3. Select 2026-2027 as the term
4. Complete and submit the application
5. Upload your 2025 tax return and any additional documents
Returning Users:
1. Click Sign In
2. Choose 2026-2027 as the term
3. Complete and submit the application
4. Upload your 2025 tax return. If previously uploaded, your 2025 tax return does not need to be resubmitted
5. Upload any new or required supporting documents
